The whole area is infested with subterranean termites that move from unit to unit as individual units tent and spray the problem never goes away just moves from house... to house... to house... and back again for 15+ years now. The entrance is dirty, dry, dead gnarly grass... Huge mostly dead aloe/agave plant just does not look inviting. They took out the green space in the middle of the park. Now it's barren with a bunch of cement no plants no trees.
