The treatments are thorough but communication there is horrible. Even if you are seen, drs don't always write in the records so no one has a clue as to what needs to be done and no one can do anything as they are off the next day and a half. I Two days later I still haven't a MUCH needed prescription. Glad they treated the severe yeast infection but I won't be back!
Thank you to the staff who helped me with the sweet, scared little blind dog I rescued, staying after closing time to scan for microchip then give me search tips when we couldn't find a match. I was able to find a match for the company, and the reached the owner. He was a 13 year old who accidentally got loose, then became very frightened and disoriented, and stuck in traffic. Thanks for your help and caring, he and family were overjoyed to be back together <3
The staff is quite knowledgeable and very helpful. Love the groomers, they do a fantastic job.
I had an emergency situation with my dog last night. They let me stay with him the entire time, and the Dr explained what was going on and what damage he was seeing the whole time during the surgery. I'm so thankful for their compassion and help.
The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The care my dog has received has been wonderful. On our first visit he had a bit of a reaction to his shots when we went home, so I called and was told to bring him back straight away. I did and the vet looked at him immediately and they couldn't do enough for him or to reassure me. I have been twice now to Highland Clinic and this will be my forever place to go to.
