Offer someone on low income SS a more reasonable cost. I could do 700.00 for my dog's needed dental, but it's not enough. Truly disappoint you were a nice friendly business. You could have offered me some payment plan. Sheesh
RecommendedThis is not our regular vet office as we don't live in Mount Vernon, but Highland saw us last-minute on a Saturday, and the kindness and thorough care for our dog was greatly appreciated. Dr. Lisa Donaldson is excellent.
We have a 12 year old lab, Shasta, who had her leg amputated, so we needed a doggie wheelchair, because she was dragging her body - not walking on three legs. We searched for a used one to keep the cost down. A woman told us she just donated a dog walker to this hospital. When we told them about Shasta they did hesitate to give us the wheelchair. Here is picture showing how happy she is being Mobel again. Thank you Highland Veterinary Hospital!
This was my first visit to Highland Veterinary Hospital. From the time I called to make my appointment to the end of my visit the service provided by the staff and Dr Sargent was outstanding. The Vet was very thorough and gentle with my Kitty. He really took a sincere interest in her health and the problem for the visit. I will definitely continue to bring my pets to this clinic. Dr. Dan and staff are amazing...always feels like visiting home, treat my furbabies like family.
We’ve been with Highland Vet for about 7 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Sargent is kind, knowledgeable and considerate. We also get our dogs groomed here and they always come out with a cute haircut.
