Decent for getting to Mayo Clinic. Quite easy to get onto the freeway. Close to most places in 10 minutes. This area is a fine location with a quiet surrounding neighborhood. Good value. Need cable for tv since the main line of sight is blocked by a steep hill. Would recommend. Nothing fancy great for roommates, singles, small family. No pets, good community.
My mom lives there for so many years my daughter lived there for so many years I just wish the garbage area could be a little bit cleaner
