My fiancé called Highland Towers to inquire about an apartment for rent. He said that the woman he spoke with was generally fine up until we inquired about having a dog who was an emotional support animal with proper documentation by a licensed professional. Lease? What's a lease? Someone needs to explain this to Paran Management.
Manager is beyond rude if things don't go her way. Kim hung up on me and never called back. They took money out of our deposit for carpet cleaning, despite moving us into a dirty, unready apartment. While the actual apartments are a good value for their space/ amenities, don't expect professionalism from this company.
