I honestly can't say anything bad about the ladies at Highland Title. They treated us very well at our signing and were very personable, hospitable, and professional. I have had several questions since our closing and they have answered every question in a timely manner. Especially Trish. I would definitely recommend their services.
Strung along everything. Very bad communication with the Buyer/seller/realtors/lender. Was a horrible experience. Will not refer or use them EVER again. Really hard to believe it was this bad. Choose someone else. You'll thank me later 1000%.
Highland Title did a closing on a sale of two of my businesses. Devon did an amazing job putting together a contract and working out the details in a short period of time.
