Realtors don’t send your clients there as per the manager and Jenderk who works there They pay a referral fee to residents who refer but not to the realtor who sends them clients Makes no sense $95 each adult and a $375 admin fee that’s all online I think that’s is unreasonable in this economy
I have lived here for 2 years, it’s a great place. Maintenance and leasing office are very responsive.
We lived here for 2 years and loved it ! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Leasing office is easy to get in contact with. We really enjoyed our time here!
The management at Highland Square has been the most unreasonable we’ve ever dealt with. Our apartment had numerous issues, the most serious being mold, which they refused to resolve properly. We ultimately had to leave for our health and safety. Among other unfair charges, they charged us for wall stains and screws, we lived in the same apartment for 5 years! absolutely absurd. It’s no wonder they have so many vacancies, I am not surprised! Be prepared for unfair fees and charges.
