RATS EVERYWHERE!!!! I swear this used to be a nice community but they have not been able to handle the amount of trash the complex generates, so there are rats jumping out at you every time you step outside since they keep the trash by the leasing office. It also smells awful if you live close to the front of the complex. Avoid this place unless you enjoy seeing rats on the daily...
We have been touring apartments in Alvin Texas and this has been the best experience we’ve had so far. The apartments are super clean and Elizabeth G was extremely attentive to my families needs. I highly recommended Highland Square!!!
Realtors don’t send your clients there as per the manager and Jenderk who works there They pay a referral fee to residents who refer but not to the realtor who sends them clients Makes no sense $95 each adult and a $375 admin fee that’s all online I think that’s is unreasonable in this economy
I have lived here for 2 years, it’s a great place. Maintenance and leasing office are very responsive.
We lived here for 2 years and loved it ! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Leasing office is easy to get in contact with. We really enjoyed our time here!
