The management at Highland Square has been the most unreasonable we’ve ever dealt with. Our apartment had numerous issues, the most serious being mold, which they refused to resolve properly. We ultimately had to leave for our health and safety. Among other unfair charges, they charged us for wall stains and screws, we lived in the same apartment for 5 years! absolutely absurd. It’s no wonder they have so many vacancies, I am not surprised! Be prepared for unfair fees and charges.
Lived here for over a year. Friendly and communicative management with quick responses to maintenance requests. Consistent community events and a very safe, neighborhoody atmosphere. Genuinely might be the best apartment complex in Atlanta
I’m about to hit two years living here, and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about it. The manager Lydia is amazing and helpful, and genuinely friendly! The complex is relatively quiet, despite having college students around. Nearly everyone has dogs, so you get to see cute pups all the time. The units are really great sizes for the price.
