I call monthly to have my Tirosint shipped to my home in Florida. I talk to a specific pharmacist that is always the most pleasant with a cheerful tone. I have a lot of different medications and the ease of ordering with this pharmacy makes my life so much easier! Thank you for what you do!
I've been ordering Tirosint from this pharmacy for over a year. At first I was hesitant to order from out of state but I've experienced nothing but great customer service. Today my provider sent in a refill to Highland and a rep called me to ask if I wanted them to send it out. This was helpful because my doctor did not respond to my message in the portal, so I wouldn't have known that he sent it in if the rep had not called me. Highly recommend!
I love this pharmacy! They carry Tirosint and were/are extremely helpful and address my needs!
My insurance wouldn’t cover my medication, so I had to get it from a wholesaler. And after having dealt with one in Southern California, I’d had enough (they always managed to screw up the order). So I decided to give Highland a try, and it’s like night and day! So grateful for their representative’s cheerfulness, and the medication always gets here so quickly.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! ! I will recommend them to anyone who needs an on line pharmacy. Very responsive to messages. Communication is spot on. They are very helpful and understanding. You don't find customer service like this anymore. 10/10
