Very pleased I recently started going to Highland Smiles. It's a newly renovated office near the 32nd and Lowell shopping district. I appreciate all the new state-of-the-art equipment they used-- I felt like I was getting the best technology out there. I have been pleased with Kara as well. She has a good bedside manner and thoroughly discusses any concerns I have.

Please Read this review BEFORE having any major dental work done by these amateur dentists. In 2015/2016 is when the Highland Smiles volume game with bigger ticket dental cases started. I was told my old filings should be removed and should have crowns to save the tooth even though there was no major cavities. So, I was suckered into their crown install game. During the course of 3 years, I had 4 crowns put in. Each crown resulted in root canal within 6 months. Fast forward to present, I am seeing a top-notch dentist who has... read more

Dr Arnold had been highly unprofessional and has caused massive issues with my family’s dental health. My wife had needed 3 crowns, Dr Arnold did a terrible job and they have all fallen off. She won’t respond to any attempts to fix this issue. My wife had to get 2 root canals due to the poor workmanship of these crown. I would go elsewhere if you need quality dental work
Not 5280 Top Dentist any longer. I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for quite some time, over five years, and initially, we loved her but sadly it is all about the bottom line and how many patients she can see and how much money she can make. Having an exam is now like you are being moved through like cattle and any contact with the provider is few and far between. This was escalating pre-covid but it is moreso now. I went to Highland smiles for the first time today. I have not seen a dentist in over five years, they were thorough caring gentle and made my visit a pleasant experience. That says a lot when you’re going to the dentist. They have an excellent team working there, who cares very much about you. My hygienist Sarah was excellent.
