We were travelling from Vancouver and our cat suddenly got very sick. They were very kind and let us take our time with saying goodbye to our girl. They helped us through the entire process and we are forever thankful for their time and care.

Got my cat in same day for a medical emergency , paid half what I would have paid anywhere else.Def will return just for that.
Wouldn't look at cat in a severe emergency, cat couldn't breathe!...sent them away to emergency 18 min away, he didnt make it on the way. Not a caring place at all, that was so wrong..ive worked in and have gone to animal hospitals in emergency situations where "non clients" were seen in emergency situations ,so that's on them.
