No only is the staff inconsiderate this facility is very unprofessional. Extreme long waits. Lack of empathy. No rush to help patients at all. They suggestively force patients to go to the ER that are not on private health insurance. Those that need help that do not have health insurance they kick to the curb. If this place receives any state grants or funding from the state I will be immediately calling for an investigation.

Ms. April at the front desk is absolutely amazing. They are super friendly and helpful with those who come for treatment. The patience required to do this job is undeniable, but they do their parts and go above and beyond in assisting those that come in at all costs. I truly appreciate how they’ve shown up for me and my family. They offered resources and assistance even beyond their four walls and encouraged my husband and I throughout the entire process. 10/10 very much recommend.

Was referred via Cobb County Circuit Court Defenders per my Pretrial conditions. It's PIVOTAL & WELL ENCOURAGED TO COME AT 7am-9am.... lines differentiate as these great people take their UNDIVIDED ATTENTION with each and every person. I Had The Pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Precious at the front desk who is highly empathetic, understanding, non-biased, and well- knowledgeable to get you to the right counsel. Dr.Pandya is a great Psychiatrist. I also like the therapist an pharmacy department. My biggest problem is scheduling , sometimes its hectic. So I can never get appointment an the wait times are horrific.
