I'd like to give a special shout out to Dustin for taking the time to run us through the numbers while being genuine and easy to talk to about the pragmatic side of being a new homeowner. My wife and I had a great time being shown this new and upcoming community filled with stunning homes.
Beautiful, well built homes on 1/2 acre lots. I absolutely love the open concept floor plan of the model. The neighborhood is beautiful and surrounded by trees, which just adds to the beauty of the community. Dustin was very friendly and knowledgeable, happily answering any questions I had.
The community is coming along nicely and the sales center looks beautiful. Dustin is very knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with.
I’m a realtor posting from a personal account, but called to inquire about fit/finishes, pricing, and some general questions about the newer phases of the subdivision. I was already familiar with the subdivision, but not the builder. Dustin was able to answer all of my questions and give me a solid idea of what to expect for my clients looking in that area.
