I bought my first house from Century community homes back in January and im still waiting for many things to be fixed either from the walk through or things that were never taken care of as promised. New home are being built and they have their street light and home accent lights and I do not. This is not due to the lack of product availability, this is due to negligence. Beautiful, well built homes on 1/2 acre lots. I absolutely love the open concept floor plan of the model. The neighborhood is beautiful and surrounded by trees, which just adds to the beauty of the community. Dustin was very friendly and knowledgeable, happily answering any questions I had.
The community is coming along nicely and the sales center looks beautiful. Dustin is very knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with.
I’m a realtor posting from a personal account, but called to inquire about fit/finishes, pricing, and some general questions about the newer phases of the subdivision. I was already familiar with the subdivision, but not the builder. Dustin was able to answer all of my questions and give me a solid idea of what to expect for my clients looking in that area.
