Lived there for a year and hated every minute of it. First, they didn’t put us in the right layout apartment. Secondly, lost mail multiple times. Thirdly, would never be accessible. All the workers did was sit and gossip in the office with the door closed. The only good one there is Adam the maintenance guy. When we received a noise complaint, they couldn’t provide any details (time of day, type of noise reported) so that we could address the issue. So glad I got out of there. My advice, don’t let the tour deceive you.

My daughter was in the process of filling out paperwork to live at Highland Quarters with her friends. She had an application completed. I received an email to vouch for her as a parent and provide my information for the property company. Within 2 days, she was notified that her spot was no longer available. They had allowed someone else to lease what she was in the midst of applying for. IN 2 DAYS!!!!! Not a great way to treat customers. Great
I love the location, the staff and the rooms. They make you feel welcome and at home. The staff is not boring and they interact and do activities with residents to keep things fun around highland. We love highland and wont be moving out anytime soon
This is a wonderful place to live, I get to be close to campus and have my cat Finn live with me. It is a great location and the friendly staff always helps with any questions. They host alot of events that are fun to go to like game night and casino night. If anything it is worth it to come by and check it out.
