****Update**** After putting up my first review, I shortly received an email regarding the hardware and that it would be in transit. I was able to receive the hardware a few days later which allowed me to finish my project. I am not sure if the review assisted in this matter or if it was just a coincidence. Avoid ordering from this company if at all possible. I placed an order for 4 aluminum benches on May 2nd. At that time the sales rep told me it would take approximately 3 days for the benches to leave the warehouse then 4 days for shipping to me. That was perfectly acceptable, even if it took 10 days total that would have been fine. As of today, 5/13/19, I've spoken with and emailed with 3 other people from this company over the last week trying to get tracking information.
