On the day of my appointment I was greeted at the front desk by two very polite and friendly office assistants. The kinesiologist I had my appointment with was right on time for my visit with him. The kinesiologist was very understanding regarding my situation and answered any question I asked. He was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and treated me with the utmost respect. If you go to a pain clinic intake they promise you a lot. It's too good to be true. There is no followup or actual resources outside of a nurse and 2 very young and ineffective mental health therapists. Do not waste your time or hopes on this pain clinic. They are just like all the others, maybe worse with thier inexperience and inability to help even the most basic chronic pain cases.
They never answer their phone. I've been going there many times through the years when not busy, and you still have to listen to all of the choices given before you hear the connecting button to reception. Then you have no choice but to leave a message on their system when all you need, is to talk to a real person at reception. Really Annoying
