Called to inform a paying customer after 2 years of service they were never allowed to work on our spa as it jeopardizes their dealership - conveniently after they broke the cover to our hot tub during a service appointment. They will be hearing from our attorney. Do not recommend this company.
Always great customer service. Use them for pool supplies. Called today and left a message about a hot tub repair. Guy called me back within 30min and let me know they don’t service my spa brand but gave me some great recommendation. Thanks for the help.
Joe is the best!! He came over to measure a hose for our pool that was leaking and found a $2 solution!! He’s been amazing for years and it’s just awesome to have someone like him and his team to help us with all of the details of running a pool and keeping cool! Call him for any pool and hot tub needs!! Thanks Joe!!
