Management is top notch! Property is clean, outdoor space is amazing!
Great building - great community! We moved into Highland Place 4 months ago, and it was a great decision! HP is a great community, full of awesome people, in a terrific location. The building participates in fun activities together, such as kickball, bingo, happy hours, and of course, rooftop BBQs! The building is quiet, and maintenance is on their A-game if ever needed. I'm so glad we chose HP as our home!

Great apartment complex! New, clean and quiet, and everyone's very friendly!
I have several friends who live in Highland Place, and I have had a few opportunities to visit them and attend various events there. The units and the property are so new, nice, and clean. I especially like the courtyard area with the huge outdoor fire pit. It's such a great place to hang out in the evenings and relax with friends. The apartment managers host regular events for residents and friends like cookoffs or football viewing parties, and everyone I've met seems to really enjoy living there. Great apartments, beautiful amenities.
Recently, I was able to stay in the guest suite at Highland Place, which was an amazing suite and fully furnished. The property itself is in a great location and it is beautiful. The amenities were a huge plus and the guest suite opened up into a community courtyard that had a fire pit and grills. A lot of residents were out there and it was a great way to meet people that live there. The management was very helpful and went above and beyond during our time there.
