I hate to post this but I have rescheduled twice because I get reminded of an appt that was scheduled 6 months in advance 30 minutes after my appt. yet I’m still forced to pay the missed appt fee.

Not diligent at all. We diagnosed our own children better than they ever did. We have now switched to amazing doctors who are having to fix what they failed to even notice. Hopefully they can restore hearing in our 6 yr olds ears due to the many failed ear infection diagnosis' and scar tissue now formed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
Always something with billing. They can't keep anything straight.
