Was just there, yesterday, with my 6 year old grandson...it had been a while since his last visit..his hygienist, Rita, was awesome with him!...I can't say enough good things about her!...we need more Ritas, in this world!...very patient, caring, and made it a fun experience for him!..thank you so much!
The staff was nice, when I first arrived I liked the setting, everybody seemed nice...UNTIL the doctor came in, she sounded rude, telling me "I don't know, I don't know what to do" I sat there and was very respectful listening to what she had to say, I felt as if she was being rude, her tone sounded as if she was fed up or didn't seem at least interested. But the other lady, (nurse or whatever) was very nice, telling me what the doctor was trying to say, but I felt as if I was getting a rude vibe. I will be changing dentist ... read more
They make children's experience going to the dentist an absolute nightmare. All they are concerned about is getting their money. No, I would not recommend this dentistry for your child.
I would definitely not recommend this dental practice and Dr. Stokes. We went for our second dental visit with our 23 months old son and supposedly she found the beginning stages of a cavity and stated that we must take care of the cavity as soon as possible because it could grow in size and could give our son pain in the further etc. and that it was a very fast and quick procedure for him. Very happy with this place and with all of the staff! We felt so welcome first time we stepping in the place. Everyone is nice and the main thing is that our children felt very comfortable and they feel good every time they go there for their clean up. :) Thank you!
