I will say they are putting "some" work into fixing up this old area. But doing some basic patch work on the walls and painting does not equal a renovation. They are also in bed with AW Broadband. Basically telling you that everyone else sucks and to only go with them. Tells me that they are getting a kick back from AW for that. I was in a domestic violence situation that made me have to leave & the abuser stayed well they put it on my record I’ve tried to see if they can negotiate an amount with me so I can pay it to get it off my credit report so I can buy me & my kid a house & let me tell you they are the most rudest people. & they will not help you out with anything. Worst place to even rent at.
I have lived here for 4 years and we have had a good experience. In the 1st year we had mice but being that there are fields all around it was understandable. Maintenance came out quickly to close all the holes and then we no longer had problems. I gotta say that maintenance has always been on point! They are all terrific!👏👏👏 The neighborhood has been quiet. It’s a far drive from the city but for the price you save a lot more money.
