I needed a new vet for my pup and thought I would give them a try since they are so close to my home. I'm sure glad I did! Great place all the way around, they are very attentive right when you walk through the door. Doctor Bayliff is wonderful, she is so gentle and takes all the time you need to answer any questions you may have. I feel very good with my baby in their care.
I would absolutely recommend this vet to everyone with a cat! From the second we arrived through the entire appointment everyone was so kind and welcoming to us! Every member of the staff was so kind to us and you can tell they enjoy what they do! I found Dr. Bayliff and the Highland Park Pet Hospital staff to be knowledgeable, polite, very organized and concerned for the welfare of my boy Phoenix. While many veterinary clinics feel institutional, Highland Park pet hospital is warm, caring and friendly. They are also efficient. I've never sat in the lobby waiting for more than 5 minutes and the wrapping up part is also clean and quick. Low stress, which is what I need when I have a sick pup. Thank you Dr. Bayliff! My dog, Franklin, gets anxious at the vet, and we’ve visited several clinics over the years. No one has been as kind and patient with him as Dr. Bayliff and her assistant, Talon. Dr. Bayliff takes extra time during each visit to help Franklin feel comfortable and always answers my questions thoughtfully. She is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her judgment and know Franklin is in great hands!
My kitty and I have been so well taken care of by Highland Park Pet Hospital. From minor concerns to major scares, they have checked in with us after hours, texted after appointments to see if my kitty was okay, and even called on weekends to discuss any scares.
