My dog, Franklin, gets anxious at the vet, and we’ve visited several clinics over the years. No one has been as kind and patient with him as Dr. Bayliff and her assistant, Talon. Dr. Bayliff takes extra time during each visit to help Franklin feel comfortable and always answers my questions thoughtfully. She is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her judgment and know Franklin is in great hands!
My kitty and I have been so well taken care of by Highland Park Pet Hospital. From minor concerns to major scares, they have checked in with us after hours, texted after appointments to see if my kitty was okay, and even called on weekends to discuss any scares. If you need a bat and you love your pet, this is the place to go.
We’ve been seeing the team here for the past 3 years and they have been absolutely amazing and kind. We always felt welcomed and supported when we came in for visits. The care team always made me feel like my concerns were heard and valued as input, and they always took the time to carefully explain options/outcomes. They are very kind and talented people who made my family and our orange boy feel like part of a community. This is one of the BEST vets I have worked with in a long time! It's privately owned and you can feel that in the service you receive. There are not long wait times to get an appointment, prices feel fair, and she is genuinely honest when giving her opinion. I started bringing my chocolate lab to her as soon as she opened a few years and all this time later she has many of the same technicians she opened the doors with. I absolutely love this Vet! She has saved my small Poodles life during surgery before & he had to have another surgery. He is 13 & had an abscess cyst grow right on his bumm. She knew I was terrified to do it but she knows my dog & what he can handle. The staff was amazing throughout the healing process too. Special thanks to Cameron at the front desk for helping me with all the cleanings, & things that popped up, she really kept me calm!
