Took Poppy, my new puppy to Highland Park Pet Hospital recently. They went the extra mile to make sure it was a positive experience for her. Dr. Bayliff and her posey distracted Poppy with a made for her pup cup while they examined and inoculated the precious little beast. Very insightful and thoughtful.
Highly recommend this vet clinic! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Affordable prices, also accept care credit. Availability of medications and food. A lot of services provided. Easy to schedule appointments. Good location. Clean.
I thought I finally found a compassionate caring honest vet however quite the opposite. Yes they have a cat only exam room which is cute. Syryn ( works front desk who is awesome) & Sariah ( vet tech who is dialed into each fur baby & has a heart of gold) kept me going there. Talon is the doctors assistant who is also great. HOWEVER .....I was going to get charged $63.14 for eye ointment that I never in 14 yrs paid more than $24!. I can't recommend Highland Park Pet Hospital highly enough. The staff are personable and attentive and Dr. Brandi Bayliff is absolutely amazing. We first started coming here when our senior cat became ill. Dr. Bayliff was so kind, compassionate, yet honest about the situation. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by our experience during a difficult time. We now take our two kittens here and they continue to make each interaction a positive one.
