This is one of the BEST vets I have worked with in a long time! It's privately owned and you can feel that in the service you receive. There are not long wait times to get an appointment, prices feel fair, and she is genuinely honest when giving her opinion. I started bringing my chocolate lab to her as soon as she opened a few years and all this time later she has many of the same technicians she opened the doors with. I absolutely love this Vet! She has saved my small Poodles life during surgery before & he had to have another surgery. He is 13 & had an abscess cyst grow right on his bumm. She knew I was terrified to do it but she knows my dog & what he can handle. The staff was amazing throughout the healing process too. Special thanks to Cameron at the front desk for helping me with all the cleanings, & things that popped up, she really kept me calm! Highland Park Pet Hospital was the best veterinary experience I have ever had. When I called I received a next day appointment. When I arrived the facility was clean and welcoming and the staff friendly. The wait was very short and the vet tech had requested records from my prior vet and had actually read through them and knew my cat's history. I cannot begin to express how AMAZING this place is. From doctor to vet techs to office staff, they have been nothing short of amazing for our two fur babies. We have a high needs rescue dog with LOTS of trauma. We needed a team that was willing to go slow with him, support him with the correct medications and procedures, and Highland came though. Just had my first visit with my newly adopted pittie mix, Ollie. The entire staff was super friendly and made his first visit a great experience so that he won’t fear coming back, but should enjoy it instead. Ollie had to get a couple of booster shots, but they kept him entertained and happy to make it as easy and painless as possible; I don’t think he even noticed!
