The staff is profesional, the maintenance is outstanding, and it is a quiet neighborhood, however, make sure you live on the top floor, the units are poorly insulated so you hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. My neighbors upstairs have two dogs, one of which has a dry skin condition, and I can hear it in my apartment...it sounds like someone is driving nails into the walls!
