Great complex. Nice office people. Great rates. Love the fireplace
The worst place to live, your cars will be stolen you house and car will smell like cigarettes because everyone smokes where ever they please, multiple windows smashed from people stealing stuff. And no cameras to catch anything. They wont fix it either and keep saying they will. The inside of my car smells like a cigarette because of this. It will never fully come out!
I’ve lived here for about 3 years and this will be my last. You get nickeled and dimed into oblivion. My rent didn’t increase and my pet rent decreased with the last lease renewal and somehow I’m paying $100-150 more every single month because of bullshit fees they pass along to residents. Your rent doesn’t go towards anything but padding the pockets of the ownership group in California. I lived here for a short time due to the fact my upstairs neighbors were disrespectful. I took my concerns to the staff and they took it very seriously, they were always so nice and ready to help. I never had any issues with the staff. After the leasing office gave my upstairs neighbors and notice to quiet down, they did not. So I went back to the office and asked what can we do because I only had a few months left on my lease and I already had another living option lined up. Stayed for holidays here with my friend. Don't get ground floor apt here, unless you want to hear every single move of the family with a kid above you. I guess property does not try to put families with kids and single people in separate buildings, causing a lot of noise issues. but guess what? you cant even complain because its a kid. Water filter in gym needs changing, it bleeps with red for a while now.
