When the time recently came to let our beloved dog go, it was unexpected and our vet was out of town. I called and briefly explained the situation to the staff of HPAH. They welcomed us with kindness and were very understanding. They were supportive throughout the entire process and made sure both we, the owners, and our Gypsy were as comfortable as possible during this painfully sad transition. We can’t say enough positive things for the one experience we had with this wonderful staff.
The entire staff at HPAH are the best! They love all their furry patients and work with pet parents to give the best care to our furbabies. We have been going to HPAH for nearly 30 yrs and can't imagine ever switching!

My family had to make the tough decision to let our chocolate lab go. Highland has a specific room just for that emotional moment and go above and beyond during such a difficult time. Amazing staff, caring and wonderful Doc! They have been with us through everything. Our first furbaby was treated with such care and dedication during his last months. And their care and rapid response to any need for our current pup is outstanding!
they took care of our Zeus cat and seemed very caring while offering assistance if we needed out once we returned home. that makes them pretty darn good in our books. Zeus is doing well but it's happy to be home.

They are the only ones I trust with my pets. The staff always remembers me and my animals, and they sincerely care about their patients. They send me check-ins and updates without my asking, and have found time fore me at the last minute more than once. Even if I move out of the area, this clinic has my business for life!
