It you want to deal with a theft and a liar then you are going to love Marc Pianceti. I paid Marc for a job in full in 12.21. It still is not complete and I do not believe Mark will ever provide the service he was paid for, $45,000! The months roll by and so do the excuses of why he needs to finish someone else's job first. I finally got Marc to give me refund checks, except all 4 (he asked for a payment plan) bounced. This was followed by more promises to get this done. My situation I have learned is not unique. Seemed to be competent in the beginning but then the delays set it - months of not being able to get to my job and making mistakes in measuring - every possible excuse ranging from hunting season to owner being out of the country. Eventually they offered my deposit back and I accepted. Months later I recived nothing with more excuses - I have now hired any attorney and intend to sue for everything incl damages

They are thieves. They take child support money out of employees checks, as they are suppose to, but instead of sending to child support enforcement, they keep it. They did it with my ex and two other employees that I know of. That is the lowest of the low. Keeping money that is to go to the employees children. That's desperate.
