My experience was great! Doing a great job during COVID with social distancing, disinfecting, and wearing masks. There is a worker named Cynthia and she is the best technician there! Whenever you go there or make an appointment just ask for Cindy because she will most likely take very good care of you
I have awful vision. I’ve been to three different doctors asking for help. Dr Bywater was my last stop. He was thorough with my eye exam and explained things so I could understand. I would recommend this place hands down.

This was my first time ever seeing an optometrist. What a HORRIBLE experience!! Dr. Bywater was rude & condescending throughout the whole appointment. Forced me to order bi-focals (which I didn't need & cancelled) & stated that I needed a 2nd appt for further testing with no explanations (later found out ins. wouldn't have covered these unnecessary tests). He also stated that their was something wrong with my eyes (which again there was not). Sought a 2nd opinion from another optometrist. I had such better experience & turns... read more

Dr. Bywater and his staff have been very helpful and accommodating through this unprecedented expectation of social distancing and still continuing to provide excellent care and service to my son! Thank you for everything you have done for Donovan! Stay safe!
The rudest staff and doctor I've ever encountered
TERRIBLE STAFFING WITH NO CARE . **I’m updated this because after paying in full for my sons glasses 4 weeks ago and calling several times, the glasses are still not here. I called Friday and someone was gonna call the lab then call me. Never got an update so I call again and now they are on vacation for over a week. Still no glasses or response in sight. I definitely would have went elsewhere if they would have given me any idea that it would take a month to get glasses is the ever get here.**
The staff is very friendly and professional. Great experience!!
