Terrible place. Very unprofessional. They don’t know how to do nails or toes. I don’t recommend this nail shop. Rude customer services sucks.
Got regular gel nails and less than a week later they start to peel and detach from my nail. Costumer service was nice but the work was mid... if i am paying $70 for a GEL manicure I would expect it to last me at LEAST 3 weeks not 6 days... so disappointed...
UPDATE— The spa reached out quickly and fixed my nails. Management and staff were so kind and handled the whole situation extremely well. I respect how they went about things and I ended up with a great set! :) Previous review: I’ve been here several times over the past year and the the quality seems to get worse each time 🥲 these are my nails after about a week but they started cracking same day. Only giving 3 stars because I’ve had some good experiences.
I had the best experience here totally recommend me and my sister loved it!!
