I’ve been coming here for around a year and usually I have a good experience with Bella. Today I got a new person everything from start to finish took FOREVER. I was there a total of 2 and a half hours I got there at 2:35pm and left at 4:57pm. I had to wait when I got there for about 15-20 minutes before anyone started working on me but from there everything just took so long for no reason. I’m disappointed. The reviews were so good but unfortunately that was not my experience. The technician didn’t listen to what I wanted. Her work was not good. This was my first & last time.
