Poor experience We had a poor experience with this agency. We often did not receive information related to the parent group being canceled. My spouse and I took time off work, only to arrive at the center and learn the group had been canceled. The customer service was horrible. We often needed to call multiple times and leave numerous messages in order to receive a return telephone call from the office staff and our daughter's therapist.
