Staff has been fantastic! The staff has made the process of leasing so welcoming. I am grateful for Zaira and Lydia for their hospitality and hard work! Every person that has helped me over the phone has always been very professional. Thank you all!

Avoid this property at all cost Where do I begin? Please do not allow the cheap rent to lure you in it’s not worth it. To make this short and sweet I will provide an honest list of what is wrong with this place 1. Leasing office staff and management is awful they never pick up the phones, like seriously ever and the RARE times they do they are incredibly rude and belittle you. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE I've lived here close to three years, these apartments have gotten worse and worse every year. Management does not care about the safety of the residents. I came home from work at 3:00am on August 31 to a crime scene! The incident is in the news just look up the date and address of these apartments. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.
Nickle and dime you! Stay away! I lived there for 2 years and when we left, we got hit with fees and fees! The biggest was the carpet! $800!! We TRIED to schedule an in person final review days BEFORE so we would now what to do ourselves and avoid getting charged. Talked to 3 different people, 3 different times (including the property manager directly! ) and got nowhere. They took our $600 deposit and sent a bill for over $650. Stay away from this place!
Bad Service Stay Away, Unsafe Area Unsafe area at night, bad management will not help, stay away if you have children.
Customer service I lived here for 2 years and anytime I have a problem I call the front office. Omg they never pick up the phone I always have to walk up there to put my work orders in which is not easy I have to take my 2 children with me just cause they don’t like to pickup the phones .

DO NOT MOVE HERE do not move here this is the projects I have been here for a week and I have seen roaches. Missy is a horrible person she lied at every turn this is a horrible place to live this is the projects all I hear are cars and kids there's no ventilation my neighbor upstairs I can hear his every move and hear all of his conversations this is a horrible place to live

Living at Highland Meadows I have lived in many apartments around the inland empire and Highland Meadows is one of the nicest places I have lived. The apartments are awesome. They offer one and two bedroom apartments. They are close to both the freeway and Reche Canyon. The apartments are also really close to restaurants and shops. You don't have to go very far to run errands or go to the mall. The premises are always kept clean, they have security, and really nice people in the office. Steady Decline We have lived at Highland Meadows for almost two years now and were once very happy until management and staff started changing their behavior. The staff can be friendly under their own convenience and certain staff members choose to not accommodate for the residents, while other staff members will. Management leaves messages on everyone’s front doors regarding the same issues they are having very frequently.
