I moved into this apartment in April. Had many infestations on my patio. Although, maintenance attempted to fix the issue it isn’t resolved. I also had an inspection yesterday and came home to my freezer open, I had to throw out about $120 worth of groceries due to them not taking accountability. I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve lived here for 5 months and NEVER had this happen before. On inspection day, it magically is open and everything is spoiled. Absolutely horrible complex. They make frequent mistakes and do not make amends for them. They do not conduct business integrally at all.
Management doesn't care about your complaints. No action or solution is provided at Highland Meadows Apartments, Seldin Company. It's cheap rent. Patios look trashy. Maintenance is the only great thing about this complex. Oh! & you can choose your own Internet provider & W/D. So I guess that's a plus.
Best maintenance staff ever. Very professional quick response and super friendly. Front office friendly and all together is a clean and safe property..I would move back here in a heartbeat 💓
We've been here 10+ years, and the office and maintenence crew have always been amazing!! The ladies are always so nice and friendly and the guys that take care of our buildings and grounds are outstanding!!! They go out of their way to help in any way that they can or to just chat for a moment. Even helping my son's Frisbee find it's way home after being blown off of the office roof the night before! Thank you all sooo much for all that you do :)
