New landlord is a very rude lady. She kicked my husband, daughter (who was only 3 months during the time), and I out. She didn't tell us she raised the rent $100 more. We never got a notice, a phone call, or anything. I liked the original landlandy Shannon better. She was more understanding, patient and kind.
