I absolutely love this highrise and the community in it. The spacious floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, and amazing views make this apartment complex unique from every other one in Pittsburgh. Plus, the property manager, Tena, has been the best PM I’ve ever come across in my 30+ years of apartment living. My only complaint is about the extremely thin walls. I have lived in Highland House Tower for almost a year now and will be renewing. I highly recommend the excellent quality of life in this building. Garage parking is available. The gym, pool, and outdoor sitting areas are clean. One of the highlights of living here is the friendly and responsive leasing team. I am very happy with life at Highland House Tower. The location next to the park is incredible. The building is secure. The manager Tena holds fun events for residents all the time. I recently relocated to Pittsburgh and Tena answered all our questions. Because of Tena, moving in last year was easy and painless. Levi is the most helpful maintenance employee ever. I love life in Highland House Tower! I am a single mom with a teenage daughter and a mother in her golden years, and we love living here. I love that the building has security cameras and key fob entry for the main doors and garages. I feel secure letting my teen go by herself to the mudroom to pick up a food order, to the package room, or to the garage by herself to get something from the car. Something feels off about the way this place operates. Within two days of touring, the rent price changed three times, making it impossible to get a straight answer. Despite that, we moved forward with the application process, paying a $50 non-refundable application fee (which was clearly stated) and a $300 reservation fee to hold the unit.
