visited sat 6/27 845 pm the waitess was rude, didn't care to listen to me , rushing me thru to hurry up and order I finally told her frankly to send her manager over bc I was not going to be treated such a way. the dinning area was not busy and she should not be waitressesing if she can not be polite! so disgusted didn't eat much of my food and left!!!
Ordered carryout through their recommended app for a 5:30 pickup. The interior pickup area was way overcrowded with virtually no social distancing. Although masks are required, I saw several people not wearing them in such close quarters and no one enforcing the overcrowding or mask requirement. The food was delicious and our server, Sam, was amazing. I highly recommend the shrimp and scallop linguini

The workers were not wear their PPE correctly. Management need to instruct the worker that Masks only work if they are covering you mouth and nose, not you neck or just your mouth.
This is the first time since the quarantine that I have had a meal from the Highland House, even tho it was a carry out, which by the way is the slickest set up arrangement I have ever seen. It was like saying HELLO to an old friend. They are a ray of sunshine on a stormy day. Great job and kudos to Elia, Gene and Rob, genius must run in the family.
Huge, appreciative shout out to Highland House! They went way above and beyond when I ordered my favorite meal today: Baked mastoccioli with cheese, and of course, their killer bread sticks! Thank you for the wonderful food, and for treating me like family!!!! 🥰
