I don't know how anyone can trust a hospital who have suggested your're was a racist simply for asking if you may be being discriminated against and on several other occasions? It appears that their state mandatory DEI training is the culprit. I've been forced to file a Civil Rights Complaint. As well against my HUD housing where I been told that I had my "white privilege" and cut off of all seniors services.
Worst hospital in the Bay Area. Go here if you want the worst service possible.
I took my dad to this hospital but I needed immediate help so I turned to a black woman nurse and told her to help me with my dad. This incompetent black woman nurse gave me a bad attitude and told me not going to help and I should go home and get help. I told this incoherent Black nurse I am going to make a formal complaint but she rather fight argument and threaten me. This incoherent Black nurse should not be working and has no manners. I do not recommend this place!
On July 21st, I went to the emergency room around 9:00 p.m. due to severe pain. Upon arrival, I checked in, waited about 30 minutes, and was seen by the staff. They administered pain relief medication and performed a blood test. Afterward, I waited for about another two hours. One of the staff members taking my information recommended that I go home to rest, as there were approximately 30 people ahead of me. They do not help at all, was calling about my brother that was taken in and they were on a shift change for 4+ hours its ridiculous they dont care about peoples families and im still waiting going on 6 hours now dont know why this place exists if they're not going to help.
