What a shame my adult daughter had to be "moved for her safety" because of a charge nurse that was absolutely miserable to her and told her to rip out her PICC line. Nurse was REMOVED from the situation by 3 security guards. WOW!
Terrible i was brung in by ems for a headache which literally felt like my head was gonna explode the nurse doing my registration was asking the ems lady what brung me in she told the nurse a headache and the nurse then joked and said haha yea i have a headache too the ems lady said yea me too like very insensitive i was then brung to the waiting room where i waited FIVE HOURS to go to the back to be seen they then sat me in a hallway chair i pressed the call bell DIDNT WORK i asked for ginger ale someone said your nurse sai... read more
Extreme, EXTREME inconsistencie among nurses, every nurse interprets what's on their computer screen differently, don't dare to mention to a nurse hoe she's doing something way different than your previous nurse. They reeeeeealy need to hold a meeting with EVERY nurse to air this out so are all on the same page instead floating around in there own chapter
All the hospitals in Rochester are not good .I have been in hospitals all over the US . Rochester Hospitals are over rated and are the worst I have been to in all of the US. Unity Hospital is the worst out of all of them . If I could give a zero rating I would . All of them have something in common , staff are rude and unprofessional .
I was admitted in the Colorectal Unit for 5 days. ALL the nurses, doctors, surgeons were very helpful, thorough and thoughtful during my stay, through the morning until all hours of the night. Not once was I woken up rude or abrupt to check on me (vitals, see how my pain was, if I needed anything at all). I felt very confident with their expertise and recommendations.
