I can't say enough good things about Highland Homes and our experience building our dream home. Ginger Heise was no less than amazing. We purchased the lot sight unseen with just the recommendations from Ginger. We absolutely love the neighborhood and our home. The buying process was seamless. The building process was remarkable. My husband and I purchased a home within the phase four, from the very beginning to the very end Highland Homes construction was there for us. I designed the home myself and if I had any changes I would contact Ginger Heise the sales manager and she would make the changes and then follow-up with the paperwork. When the home was complete the service did not stop there, our construction manager was there when something needed attention, not once dropping the ball. My wife and I purchased a new Highland Home in Phase Four of Tavolo Park in Fort Worth, Texas, less than a year ago, and our experience has been FIVE STARS every step of the way! Not only was our sales consultant a seasoned pro who went above and beyond the call of duty (even after the sale), but our construction supervisor was personable, accessible, and very knowledgeable, too.
