After three years in our Highland home and over 60 warranty visits from their subcontractors, I feel obligated to warn future buyers: do not close until every single issue is fully resolved. Once you close, everything becomes an uphill battle. It appears that Highland has no real quality control. We have so far been very impressed with the quality of the home we bought and the service end-to-end from all the staff. Any issue have been quickly resolved and staff have been going above and beyond even for bespoke requests.
