Great experience working with Highland Homes and with @Kelly Rubio specifically. She is highly attentive and responsive and a great representative of Highland Homes. It was a joy to work with her throughout the sales process coordinating the construction of the home, making sure the items on the third party inspection report were resolved and coordinating closing.
My home buying experience with highland homes has been extremely disappointing. I brought up concerns with my home the first time I saw it and several times after and was assured they would be taken care of prior to closing. I am now almost a week out from closing and still have outstanding issues with my home preventing me from being able to move in fully. I was really hoping this experience would be one of the most positive in my life and it has been the exact opposite.
