I bought a highland home because of their reputation for quality. I was not disappointed. Some of the standards they provided are return air vents in the bedrooms, metal (not fiberglass)tubs in the guest baths, tilt out windows (for cleaning), and energy star certification. Other features that I love are the tall ceilings, large windows, oversized kitchen island, and the patio gas connection for grilling.
