My experience with Highland Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this to warn others. From start to finish, the process has been plagued by poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism. Lack of Transparency and Hidden Costs: We initially asked about the cost and budgeted accordingly, only to find out that there was a kitchen elevation that would cost an additional $11,000. Lovely homes in a beautiful location. However, do note that the new sections are zoned to Waller ISD. If Bridgeland is where you want to be, make sure to ask for Renee (spelling?), the new sales counselor! Very friendly, helpful, and knows a lot about the area. Very professional and had great conversations with him. Again, ask for Renee - you won’t be disappointed!
I came across a highland home online and thought it was THE cutest home I'd seen. So imagine my delight when I saw that there was a model home in Bridgeland. The female who was working, on November 18,2022 at 2:30-3:00pm, was Indian maybe, with a heavy accent was so rude that she ruined my experience. While I was talking to HER she cut me off mid sentence and said "well, anyway" and proceeded to talk.
