DO NOT buy a Highland Home. My house is two years old and leaks water around the front windows of my home. I made a claim all they did was put CHEAP caulking in the window gaps they cut too short to begin with. Then when you try to get them back out here to fix the original issues and say sorry make a homeowner insurance claim. Houses are built fast and in a hurry with beer cans all over the house when being constructed. STAY AWAY!
