8 year clients and I was very disappointed the way I was treated today by the receptionist (I think her name is Whitney). I called to see if I could get a stool sample tested for our dog who has had diarrhea the past few days. His appetite is good and other than the runny stool he is fine. The receptionist insisted that we need to bring him in for an appointment. I thought that it would make sense to bring in the sample today so they would have the results for the appointment.
