I've been living in multifamily housing units for almost 10 years, and this is the worst place I ever lived. I wish I could give them a ZERO. The management is really not great. Horrible staff, rude and provide very poor communication. I lived there for 1 year in Building F apt #58, and just moved out. The neighbor upstairs is very loud, he was constantly awake during the night drinking alcohol, stomping on the floor, and making loud noises (from 12 am-7am), he was very disrespectful. Sidewalk is dangerous. If someone trips it could well be lawyer city.
If I could give a 0 I would. This is the worst complex I have ever worked with or lived at. The management of this property is top tier TRASH. It’s like they have never heard of common sense or communication. If you ever are thinking about living here save yourself the headache and stay far away from here. I promise you it will not be a pleasant experience living in the highland hills.
