I recently toured this apartment complex and had a wonderful experience. Jasmine was incredibly professional, patient, and answered all of my questions about the community and lease terms. She really took the time and ensured I felt comfortable with the process rather than rushing through it all. This is definitely a top contender for my next home!
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We went for a tour, but the staff at the office were rude and unhelpful from the start. Instead of assisting us, they told us to find the apartment on our own. We spent a long time walking around trying to locate it and couldn’t find anything. This is not how you treat potential tenants. Completely unacceptable service.
Well where to begin... Very cold attitude from the girl at leasing office ... Also price mismatch for the 3 bedroom listed unit on zillow... Normally she should do a tour for us... She just wrote combination code and building letter for the apartment and told us to go search for it on our own... Ok was hard to find the building... We just didn't go check the unit after such a. Cold welcom... Also they offer 1 parking spot for a 3 bedroom unit?? Huh okeyyy
I have lived here for several years, and I’ve noticed that parking has become very problematic. It has become common to see multiple cars parked behind others, preventing people from leaving their spots and blocking just the road during evenings and nights. This is causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for residents who follow the parking rules.
