I was never at home. Always in the hospital and for some reason my water bill came up to $96 the month i gave my moving notice. My water was always at $26. The plumbing is always clogged. And they want to blame you. Its clogged because they paint their tubs and sinks and the paint comes off in time because they don't use the right paint. Speaking for the Highland Hills Apartments the staff that works here work real damn hard to take care of the people and one last thing I have to say is the maintenance crew they work their tails off this way at the occupants who live here do not have to suffer
