Absolute worst nightmare! Lived there for 7 months left the apartment in perfect condition. Upon moving in I verified that the carpet was NOT new. When I moved out I did the final walkthrough with the office staff who said “ it’s in move in condition” got a bill for 1200 dollars. Supposedly they had to “replace” the carpet. I paid the 1200 and they sent me to collections 2 months later. Thank goodness i kept receipts. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here. SCAM ARTISTS!! Don’t move here!! Upon final walkthrough we were given a thumbs up that our apartment passed inspection and we would get our deposit back. After a month we find out that they replaced the entire carpet without us knowing and we got a charge for $900!!! What a joke!! To make it worse they never even sent a statement and sent it directly to collections. The office staff is a total clown show. Don’t fall for the nice neighborhood, move somewhere else.

I've lived here for about 10 months now. When I moved in residence were allowed to park on the street because parking inside the complex is a joke if you have a corner apartment. All of a sudden I am waking up with warnings on my vehicles and my girlfriends vehicle. I would like to know why.
I live here in the complex and just seeing if anyone wants to make some extra money baby sitting during the week?
