Came in for an oil change and to get a few things checked out, Michelle au took care of me, explained my costs and was able to reduce some of the cost thanks Michelle!
Michelle is my favourite service advisor! She goes above and beyond and explains all of the details to me clearly. I highly recommend her as she’s honest, sincere and creates a great relationship with customers.
We’ve bought all our cars from Highland and one of the main reasons is because of the service provided by the service centre. Kevin is our go-to rep. We trust him 100% which is rare to say for repair shops.
