Had a great experience here. Bought an equinox ev and love the car and whole buying experience. I went back and then traded in my tesla for a Cadillac optiq. Good move imo as it is a much more luxurious ride. So now I am all in on gm evs. Brandon is an excellent salesperson because he is knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. I really recommend Brandon and highland gm.
Rude service department. Not helpful in any way. Don't call customers "bud" Edit, you couldn't find the name GS? What a shocking suprise...That type of disingenuous reply is an example of why people should avoid your location. FYI I called and the repair tech I eventually spoke to, took 3 transfers to get to him, was rude and not helpful. Bud.
