After 9 years that is first time that I experianced and tried another car brand except Toyota, and that is great because I had expert salesman on my side and he is MJ (Mohammed). Worst Dealer I ever had to deal with. Now that my buyback has been completed by GM, I thought I'd write about my experience and allow you to draw your own conclusions. Anyone who has bought a vehicle expects to pick it up pristine, putting a smile on their face. Not at Highland. My truck was dirty with mud flung on the sides and side steps.
