Absolutely disgusting! I waited two hours to be seen on Monday, only to be treated like crap by the medical assistant in suite 500! Not only was she rude and unprofessional but she took it upon herself to enter my room without stating who she was. Talk about invading patient privacy? I cant believe after being a patient there for twenty eight years this is how I'm treated. I'm starting to lose all faith in this office. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. This place is a disgrace. I have simply been trying to set up an appointment with them for over a month now. When you want to set up an appointment, you get sent to a voicemail and they call you back. I am very busy and am not able to answer my phone frequently. I am the patient that never gets a customer service feedback request, I am at Suite 500, love my doctor, Dr Piotrowski and the entire staff there, however I need to tell the administration that Pasheena at the reception desk and Tammie W. on my way out are priceless, they are polite, friendly and do their job extremely well, they make my visit to see my Doctor pleasant and problem free, thank you.
