I was a bit anxious about going to a new dentist. Like most people, the dental office is not my favorite place to visit. I am thankful for how the staff at Highland Family Dental made me feel comfortable within a few minutes of entering the office. The office itself was festively decorated for the holiday. The staff member who greeted me was warm and welcoming. Eve, the dental hygienist, put me at immediate ease when I sat down in the dental chair. Office manager terrible. Practice falling apart. Need to get Raymond Mendez back. At least he knew how to contact people and properly communicate changes. This place is a ghetto compared to what is used to be. Get rid of current staff and dentist and find some people that are not self centered. Need to follow the way Ashland city dental acts, treats and respects patients.
