Lack of communication/ rent increase RENTERS & BUYERS BEWARE>>>>>If you have any issues don't try to contact the office, they won't answer. If you leave a message, give them 2 weeks. Then not only will they still not reach out they will send you their one and only maintenance man that handles everything on the property all the way down to lawn care.
